COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2889/78 of 7 December 1978 fixing the amount of the production levy for the 1977/78 sugar marketing year

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 2

Article1¶

The amount of the production levy for the 1977/78 This Regulation shall enter into force on the day sugar marketing year shall be 9.85 units of account following its publication in the Official Journal of per 100 kilograms of white sugar. the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
