COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2894/ 78 of 8 December 1978 altering the export refunds for certain milk products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products (*), as last Article 1 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1761 /78 (2), and in particular Article 17 (4) thereof, The refunds referred to in Article 17 of Regulation (EEC) No 804/ 68 on products exported in the natural Whereas the export refunds on milk and milk state, as fixed in the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No products were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) 2832/78 are are hereby altered, in respect of the No 2832/78 (3) ; products listed in the Annex to this Regulation, to the amounts shown therein .
