COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 2902/78

temporarily suspending the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duties on certain industrial products

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, temporarily, by fixing their term of validity to coincide with the interests of Community production,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 thereof, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Having regard to the draft Regulation submitted by the Article 1 Commission,
