COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2942/78 of 14 December 1978 fixing the amount of the subsidy on oil seeds

Article 27 of Regulation No 136/66/ EEC was fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1922/78 (3), as last amended by Article 2 Regulation (EEC) No 2880/78 (4) ; Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 December 1978 . provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1922/78

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
