COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2963/78 of 15 December 1978 on an invitation to tender for the refund for the export of common wheat to Zones I , II , III , V and VI

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organiza tion of the market in cereals ( !), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1254/78 (2), Article 1
Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1 .
