COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2981 / 78 of 18 December 1978 abolishing the countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Romania

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2965/78 Regulation (EEC) No 2965/78 is hereby repealed. of 15 December 1978 (3) introduced countervailing charges on tomatoes originating in Romania ; Article 2

Whereas Article 25 of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 This Regulation shall enter into force on 21 December 1978 . on the introduction of countervailing charges applies

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
