opening, allocating and providing for the administration of Community tariff preferences for textile products originating in developing countries and territories

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , countries benefiting from this scheme excluding those already enjoying various preferential tariff arrangements granted by the Community (basic amount), plus 5% of the value of cif imports from other countries>and from Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European the countries already enjoying such arrangements Economic Community, ( additional amount);

Provisions relating to the allocation and administration of the Community tariff quotas Article 7

SECTION III 4.
