COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 61 /79 of 12 January 1979 correcting Regulation ( EEC) No 53/79 fixing the refunds applicable to cereals and wheat or rye flour, groats and meal

Whereas the refunds applicable to cereals and wheat Article 2 or rye flour, groats and meal were fixed by Commis­ sion Regulation (EEC) No 53 /79 of 1 1 January This Regulation shall enter into force on 13 January 1 979 (3) ; whereas a check has revealed that the Annex 1979 . to this Regulation does not correspond to the one submitted for the opinion of the Management It shall apply with effect from 12 January 1979 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
