COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 100/79 of 18 January 1979 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2966/78 on an invitation to tender for the refund for the export of common wheat to Zone VII

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Cereals, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in cereals ( ! ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1254/78 (2), Article 1

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 2966/78 is 2746/75 of 29 October 1975 laying down general amended to read as follows : rules for granting export refunds on cereals and criteria for fixing the amount of such refunds (3), and ' 2 .
