COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 155 /79 of 29 January 1979 fixing the import levies on compound feedingstuffs

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN amount of the fixed component and, in respect of COMMUNITIES , some of these products, by part of the variable compo­ nent ; whereas this reduction must be made in accor­ dance with Article 12 of Council Regulation (EEC) No 706/76 of 30 March 1976 on the arrangements Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, applicable to agricultural products and certain goods resulting from the processing of agricultural products originating in the African, Caribbean and Pacific States or in the 'overseas countries and territories' (5) ; Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 1 98/78 (6) ; 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organi­ zation of the market in cereals ( ! ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 254/78 (2), and in particular Whereas, if the levy system is to operate normally, Article 14 (4) thereof, levies should be calculated on the following basis :

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
