HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Article 1 publication in the Official Journal of the European . Annex I to Regulation ( EEC) No 1036/78 is hereby Communities. On request of the interested party, it amended as follows : shall apply from 11 February 1979 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
