COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 306/ 79 of 16 February 1979 opening an invitation to tender for the mobilization of common wheat flour as food aid for the League of Red Cross Societies

Having regard to the opinion of the Monetary Article 1 Committee, 1 .
