COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 385 / 79 of 26 February 1979 fixing the import levies on frozen beef and veal

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN quotations and other information known to the COMMUNITIES , Commission , that the levies should be set out in the Annex hereto , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation ( EEC) No 425/77 (2 ), and in particular Article 12(8) thereof, The import levies on frozen beef and veal shall be as set out in the Annex hereto . Whereas the import levies on frozen beef and veal were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 3051 /78 (3 ), as Article 2 amended by Regulation (EEC) No 141 /79 (4) ; Whereas it follows from applying the detailed rules This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 March 1979 . contained in Regulation (EEC) No 3051 /78 to the
