COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 432/79 of 2 March 1979 fixing the export refunds on milk and milk products
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN — the need to avoid disturbances on the Community COMMUNITIES, market ; and
— the economic aspect of the proposed exports ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,
