COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 715/79 of 9 April 1979 partially and temporarily suspending the customs duty for new potatoes falling within subheading 07.01 A II a) of the Common Customs Tariff, originating in Cyprus

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community, and in particular Article 113 thereof, From 1 April to 15 May 1979 the Common Customs Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, Tariff duty for new potatoes of subheading 07.01 A II a), originating in Cyprus, shall be suspended at 6 % .
