COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 721 /79 of 10 April 1979 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2964/78 on an invitation to tender for the refund for the export of barley to Zones I, II , III , IV, V and VI

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN view of the present situation the invitation to tender COMMUNITIES, should be closed ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Cereals, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Regulation (EEC) No 1254/78 (2), Article 1 Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2746/75 of 29 October 1975 laying down general The date specified in Article 1 (3) of Regulation (EEC) rules for granting export refunds on cereals and No 2964/78 shall be replaced by 26 April 1979 . criteria for fixing the amount of such refunds (3), and in particular Article 5 thereof, Article 2 Whereas by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2964/78 of 15 December 1 978 (4) an invitation to This Regulation shall enter into force on the day tender for the export of barley to the countries of following its publication in the Official Journal of Zones I, II, III, IV, V and VI was opened ; whereas in the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
