COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 764 / 79 of 17 April 1979 re-establishing intervention buying in of beef in the Netherlands

Whereas in application of Article 3 ( 1 ) of Council Buying in by the Dutch intervention agency shall Regulation ( EEC) No 995/78 of 12 May 1978 fixing recommence on 23 April 1979 for the following the guide price and the intervention price for adult quality : bovine animals for the 1978 /79 marketing year (3 ), ' Stieren le kwaliteit '. intervention buying in was suspended by Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 2952/ 78 of 14 December 1978 temporarily suspending intervention buying in of Article 2 certain qualities of meat in certain Member States (4 ) ; Whereas the market prices for 'Stieren le kwaliteit' in This Regulation shall enter into force on 23 April 1979 . the Netherlands on 5 and 11 April 1979 had returned

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
