COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 790/79 of 20 April 1979 altering the basic amount of the import levy on syrups and certain other sugar products

Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No €52/79 of 29 Article 2 March 1 979 (4) laid down the coefficient for expressing amounts, fixed in units of account, in This Regulation shall enter into force on 21 April ECU ; 1979 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
