COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 913 /79 of 8 May 1979 increasing the Community tariff quota opened by Regulation ( EEC) No 964/78 for certain eels falling within subheading ex 03.01 A II of the Common Customs Tariff

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES, Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 thereof, The Community tariff quota opened by Regulation (EEC) No 964/78 for certain eels falling within Having regard to the draft Regulation submitted by subheading ex 03.01 A II of the Common Customs the Commission , Tariff shall be increased from 6 100 to 7 400 tonnes .

Whereas by Regulation ( EEC) No 964/78 (') the Council opened and allocated among the Member Article 2 States, for the period 1 July 1978 to 30 June 1979 a zero-duty Community tariff quota for certain eels 1 .
