HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : However :

Article 1 — Article 1 ( 1 ) shall apply as from 6 April 1979 ; — Article 1 (2) shall apply as from 12 April 1979 ; 1 . In Annex II to Regulation (EEC) No 682/79 the figure 1.70 with respect to subheadings 07.01 N II — Article 1 (3) shall apply as from 20 April 1979 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
