COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1089/ 79 of 1 June 1979 fixing the premiums to be added to the import levies on cereals, flour and malt

Whereas on the basis of today s cif prices and cif THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN forward delivery prices, the premiums at present in COMMUNITIES, force, which are to be added to the levies , should be Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European altered to the amounts set out in the Annex hereto , Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organ­ ization of the market in cereals (J ), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 1 254/78 (2), and in particular Article 1 5 (6) thereof, The premiums referred to in Article 15 of Regulation Whereas the premiums to be added to the levies on (EEC) No 2727/75 to be added to the import levies cereals and malt were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No fixed in advance in respect of cereals and malt shall 2725/78 (3) and subsequent amending Regulations ; be as set out in the Annex hereto . Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 652/79 of 29 Article 2 March 1979 (4) laid down the coefficient for expressing amounts, fixed in units of account, in This Regulation shall enter into force on 2 June 1979 . ECU ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
