COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 1090 / 79 of 1 June 1979 opening an invitation to tender for the mobilization of common wheat flour as food aid for the World Food Programme

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the contract should be awarded to the COMMUNITIES , tenderer who makes the best offer ;
