COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 1200 / 79 of 15 June 1979 authorizing the German intervention agency to sell forequarters of bovine animals for processing into preserves with a view to constituting security stocks

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN be authorized to sell up to 10 000 tonnes of fresh or COMMUNITIES , refrigerated forequarters which it has purchased under Article 6 of Regulation ( EEC) No 805 / 68 . Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No Article 2 805 / 68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 42.5 /77 ( 2 ), and in particular 1 .
