COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1206/ 79 of 19 June 1979 correcting Regulation ( EEC) No 710/ 79 fixing the monetary compensatory amounts

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas a check has revealed errors in the Annex to COMMUNITIES , that Regulation ; whereas the Regulation in question must therefore be corrected , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No 974/71 of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of Article 1 conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture In Part 1 of Annex I to Regulation ( EEC) No 710/79 following the temporary widening of the margins of fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member the amount ' 21,189' under subheading 11.08 A IV is replaced by ' 22,592'. States ('), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 987/79 (2 ), and in particular Article 3 thereof, Article 2 Whereas . the monetary compensatory amounts This Regulation shall enter into force on 20 June provided for in Regulation ( EEC) No 974/ 71 were 1979 . fixed by Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 710/79 of 9 April 1 979 (3 ), as amended with effect from 11 June Where any party concerned so requests, it shall apply 1979 by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 141 / 79 (4 ); with effect from 11 June 1979 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
