COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1327 / 79 of 29 June 1979 fixing the premiums to be added to the import levies on cereals, flour and malt

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas, on the basis of today s cif prices and cif COMMUNITIES , forward delivery prices, the premiums at present in force, which are to be added to the levies, should be Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European altered to the amounts set out in the Annex hereto, Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in cereals (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 254/78 (2) and in particular Article 1 Article 15 (6) thereof, The premiums referred to in Article 15 of Regulation Whereas the premiums to be added to the levies on ( EEC) No 2727/75 to be added to the import levies cereals and malt were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No fixed in advance in respect of cereals and malt shall 2725/78 (3), and subsequent amending Regulations ; be as set out in the Annex hereto . Whereas Council Regulation (EEC) No 652/79 of 29 March 1979 (4 ) laid down the coefficient for Article 2 expressing amounts, fixed in units of account, in ECU ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1979 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
