COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1387 / 79 of 4 July 1979 fixing the premiums to be added to the import levies on cereals , flour and malt

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas on the basis of today s cif prices and cif COMMUNITIES , forward delivery prices, the premiums at present in force , which are to be added to the levies, should be Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European altered to the amounts set out in the Annex hereto, Economic Community , Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organ­ ization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1 254/78 (2 ), and in particular Article 1 Article 15(6) thereof, The premiums referred to in Article 15 of Regulation Whereas the premiums to be added to the levies on ( EEC) No 2727/75 to be added to the import levies cereals and malt were fixed by Regulation ( EEC) No fixed in advance in respect of cereals and malt shall 2725/ 78 (3 ) and subsequent amending Regulations ; be as set out in the Annex hereto . Whereas Council Regulation ( EEC) No 652/79 of 29 March 1 979 (4) laid down the coefficient for Article 2 expressing amounts, fixed in units of account, in ECU ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 July 1979 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
