COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1651 / 79 of 27 July 1979 altering the rate of supplementary aid for dried fodder fixed by Regulations ( EEC) No 637 /79, ( EEC) No 864/ 79 and ( EEC) No 1075 /79
