COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1675/79 of 31 July 1979 suspending advance fixing of the import levy for cereal-based compound feedingstuffs

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the above situation requires that application COMMUNITIES, of the provisions concerning advance fixing of levies for the products concerned be temporarily suspended, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 547/79 (2), and in particular the Article 1 second subparagraph of Article 15 (7) thereof, Advance fixing of the import levies for the products Whereas Article 15 (7) of Regulation ( EEC) No falling within subheading 23.07 B I of the Common 2727/75 provides that the provisions concerning Customs Tariff is hereby suspended until 4 August advance fixing of the levy may be suspended if the 1979 . market situation shows that the application of such provisions will or is likely to cause difficulties ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
