COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1688/79 of 30 July 1979 re-establishing intervention buying in of beef in France

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN below the maximum buying in price fixed for this COMMUNITIES, quality ; whereas intervention buying in for this quality must recommence, in accordance with Article Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European 3 (2) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 1274/79 of 25 Economic Community, June 1979 fixing the guide price and the intervention Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No price for adult bovine animals for the 1979/80 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization marketing year (5), of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Article 6 (4) (b) thereof, Article 1 Whereas in application of Article 3 ( 1 ) of Council Regulation (EEC) No 995/78 of 12 May 1978 fixing Buying in by the French intervention agency shall the guide price and the intervention price for adult recommence on 6 August 1979 for the following bovine animals for the 1978/79 marketing year (3), quality : intervention buying in was suspended by Commission in France : 'Bœufs O ; Regulation (EEC) No 1044/79 (4), temporarily suspending intervention buying in of certain qualities of meat in certain Member States ; Article 2 Whereas the market prices for 'Bceufs O' recorded in This Regulation shall enter into force on 6 August France on 19 and 26 July 1979 had returned to a level 1979 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
