COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1733/79 of 6 August 1979 abolishing the countervailing charge on pears originating in Spain

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1703/79 HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of 2 August 1979 (3) introduced a countervailing charge on pears originating in Spain ; Article 1
Whereas the present trend of prices for Spanish Regulation (EEC) No 1703/79 is hereby repealed. products on the representative markets referred to in Regulation (EEC) No 21 18/74 (4), as last amended by Article 2 Regulation (EEC) No 668/78 (5), recorded or calcu lated in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of This Regulation shall enter into force on 7 August that Regulation indicates that entry prices have been 1979 .
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
