COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1946/79 of 3 September 1979 re-establishing intervention buying in of beef in the United Kingdom

Commission Regulation (EEC) No 255/79 (3) ;

Whereas the market prices for Steers L/M recorded in Article 2 Northern Ireland on 23 and 30 August 1979 had returned to a level below the maximum buying in This Regulation shall enter into force on 10 price fixed for this quality ; whereas intervention September 1979 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
