COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1950/79 of 5 September 1979 fixing the premiums to be added to the import levies on cereals, flour and malt

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN force, which are to be added to the levies, should be COMMUNITIES, altered to the amounts set out in the Annex hereto, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organ­ ization of the market in cereals (J ), as last amended by The premiums referred to in Article 15 of Regulation Regulation (EEC) No 1 547/79 (2), and in particular (EEC) No 2727/75 to be added to the import levies Article 1 5 (6) thereof, fixed in advance in respect of cereals and malt shall be as set out in the Annex hereto .
