COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1975 / 79 of 7 September 1979 opening an invitation to tender for the mobilization of common wheat flour as food aid for the Catholic Relief Services

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the contract should be awarded to the COMMUNITIES , tenderer offering the best terms ;
