COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1977 / 79 of 7 September 1979 opening an invitation to tender for the mobilization of milled long grain rice as food aid for Nicaragua

Whereas on 8 May 1979 the Council of the European HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Communities declared that it proposed , by way of Community action , to grant 1 345 tonnes of milled long grain rice to Nicaragua under its 1978 /79 food aid programme ; Article 1
