COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1990/ 79 of 7 September 1979 on an invitation to tender for the refund for the export of common wheat to Zones I , II , III , V and VI

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Cereals , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1547/79 (2), Article 1

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1 .
