COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2022/79 of 13 September 1979 suspending the granting of private storage aid in respect of pigmeat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Pigmeat, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2759/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in pigmeat ('), as last amended by Article 1 Regulation (EEC) No 1423 /78 (2 ), and in particular Article 4 (6) thereof, The time limit for the submission of applications for Whereas private storage aid granted pursuant to private storage aid for pigmeat shall be 21 September Commission Regulation ( EEC) No 142/79 of 25 1979 . January 1979 on special conditions for granting private storage aid for pigmeat (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 830/79 (4 ), has had a favourable Article 2 effect on the pigmeat market ; whereas an actual stabil­ ization of prices is expected ; whereas the granting of This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day private storage aid for pigmeat should therefore be following its publication in the Official Journal of suspended ; the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
