COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2138/79 of 28 September 1979 fixing the aid for castor seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas offers and prices which do not satisfy these COMMUNITIES, conditions must be adjusted in accordance with Article 2 of Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2081 /79 ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Article 2 are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Oils and Fats,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article1¶

The aid referred to in Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 October No 2874/77 shall be 12.976 ECU per 100 kilograms. 1979 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
