COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2176/79 of 4 October 1979 abolishing the countervailing charge on certain varieties of plums originating in Romania

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas for this product originating in Romania COMMUNITIES , there were no prices for six consecutive working days ; whereas the conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled Economic Community, and the countervailing charge on imports of certain Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No varieties of plums originating in Romania can be abol­ ished, 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ( J ), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1301 /79 (2), and in HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) Article 1 thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 2045/79 is hereby repealed. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2045/79 of 19 September 1979 (3), as amended by Regulation Article 2 (EEC) No 2101 /79 (4), introduced a countervailing charge on certain varieties of plums originating in This Regulation shall enter into force on 5 October Romania : 1979 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
