COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2195 /79 of 8 October 1979 introducing a countervailing charge on table grapes originating in Greece

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN consideration must be recorded on the representative COMMUNITIES, markets or, in certain circumstances, on other markets ;

Whereas the entry price for a given exporting country is equal to the lowest representative prices recorded for at least 30 % of the quantities from the exporting Article 1 country concerned which are marketed on all repre­ sentative markets for which prices are available, less the duties and the charges indicated in Article 24 (3) A countervailing charge of 2-73 ECU per 100 kilo­ of Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 ; whereas the grams net is applied to table grapes (subheading 08.04 meaning of 'representative price' is defined in Article A I of the Common Customs Tariff) originating in 24 (2) of Regulation ( EEC) No 1035/72 ; Greece .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
