COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2201 /79 of 9 October 1979 re-establishing intervention buying in of beef in Denmark, France and the United Kingdom

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN buying in for these qualities must recommence in COMMUNITIES, accordance with Article 3 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 1274/79 (6), Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular Buying in by the intervention agencies of Denmark, Article 6 (4) (b) thereof, France and the United Kingdom shall recommence on 15 October 1979 for the following qualities : Whereas intervention buying in was suspended by Commission Regulations (EEC) No 2837/78 (3), (EEC) — in Denmark : Kvier 1 , — in France : Bœufs R, No 978 /79 (4) and ( EEC) No 2055/79 (*) ; — in Great Britain : Steers M. Whereas the market prices for 'Kvier 1 ' in Denmark, ' Bœufs R' in France and 'Steers M' in the United Article 2 Kingdom recorded on 27 September and 4 October 1979 had returned to a level below the maximum This Regulation shall enter into force on 15 October 1979 . buying price for these qualities ; whereas intervention
