COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2214/ 79 of 10 October 1979 re-opening the standing invitation to tender referred to in Regulation ( EEC) No 1790/77 for exports of raw beet sugar during the 1979/80 marketing year

Article 9 (2) (a) and (b) of Regulation (EEC) No The invitation to tender provided for in Regulation 1790 / 77 is amended to read as follows : (EEC) No 1790/77 is hereby re-opened .
' However, export licences issued pursuant to a partial invitation to tender, held after 30 April Article 2 1980, shall be valid only until 30 September 1980 .'
