COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC ) No 2344/ 79 of 25 October 1979 fixing the premiums to be added to the import levies on cereals, flour and malt

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN force , which are to be added to the levies, should be COMMUNITIES , altered to the amounts set out in the Annex hereto,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No Article 1 2727/ 75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organ­ ization of the market in cereals ('), as last amended by The premiums referred to in Article 15 of Regulation Regulation ( EEC) No 1547/79 ('), and in particular ( EEC) No 2727/75 to be added to the import levies Article 1 5 (6) thereof, fixed in advance in respect of cereals and malt shall be as set out in the Annex hereto .
