COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2425 /79 of 31 October 1979 correcting Regulation (EEC) No 2328/79 concerning the sale at a price fixed in advance of certain boned beef and veal held by certain intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the opinion of the management committee ; whereas COMMUNITIES, it is therefore necessary to amend the Regulation in question , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular In point 2 of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No Article 7 (3) thereof, 2328/79, the figure '2 090' is inserted in the 'Tyre prima' column in respect of 'Udbenede forfjerdinger'.
