temporarily suspending advance fixing of export refunds for milk products

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2682/72 of 12 December 1972 laying down general rules for granting export refunds on certain agricul­ tural products exported in the form of goods not Article 1 covered by Annex II to the Treaty, and the criteria for fixing the amount of such refunds (5), as last amended 1 . Advance fixing of the refunds for the products by Regulation (EEC) No 707/78 (6), and in particular referred to in Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No the first subparagraph of Article 5 (3) thereof, 804/68 shall remain suspended from 13 to 16 November 1979 inclusive . This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
