COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2476/ 79 of 9 November 1979 opening an invitation to tender for the mobilization of maize meal as food aid for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the award under the invitation to tender COMMUNITIES , must be made to the tenderer offering the best terms ;
