COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2485 /79 of 9 November 1979 altering the export refunds on isoglucose

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN the Commission that the export refunds at present in COMMUNITIES , force should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regulation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1111 / 77 of 17 May 1977 laying down common provi­ Article 1 sions for isoglucose ('), as last amended by Regulation The export refunds on the products referred to in (EEC) No 1 293 /79 (2), and in particular the second Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 1111 /77, as fixed in sentence of the third subparagraph of Article 4 (2) thereof, the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2409/79 , are hereby altered to the amounts set out in the Annex Whereas the refunds on isoglucose were fixed by hereto . Regulation ( EEC) No 2409/ 79 (3) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules, criteria and other provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 10 No 2409/79 to the information at present available to November 1979 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
