COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2702/79 of 30 November 1979 postponing the date for the take-over of beef and veal offered for sale by the intervention agencies under Regulation (EEC) No 2374/79

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the Management Committee for Beef and COMMUNITIES, Veal has not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its chairman, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular In Article 4 of Regulation (EEC) No 2374/79 the date Article 7 (3) thereof, '30 April 1979' is hereby replaced by *30 June 1979'. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2374/79 (3) fixes certain selling prices for beef and Article 2 veal taken over by the intervention agencies before 30 The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2374/79 is hereby April 1979 ; whereas the situation regarding these replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . stocks is such that this date should be replaced by 30 June 1979 ; Article 3 Whereas it is necessary to set selling prices for the products taken over by the French intervention This Regulation shall enter into force on 3 December agency between 1 May and 30 June 1 979 ; 1979 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
