COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2749/79 of 6 December 1979 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2701 /79 postponing the date for the take-over of beef and veal offered for sale by the intervention agencies under Regulation (EEC) No 2329/79

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES , Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, In the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2701 /79, under Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No ' France', the second indent is replaced by : 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization 'Quartiers arrière, découpe à 8 côtes, dite of the market in beef and veal (! ), as last amended by « pistola » provenant des : Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof, Bœufs R 232,416 Bœufs O 219,000 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No Jeunes bovins U et R 227,117 2701 /79 (3) postponed the date for the take-over of the Jeunes bovins O 210,520 ' beef and veal offered for sale by the intervention agen­ cies under Regulation (EEC) No 2329/79 ; whereas a check has revealed that the Annex to that Regulation Article 2 does not correspond to the one submitted for the This Regulation shall enter into force on 7 December opinion of the management committee ; 1979 . Whereas it is therefore necessary to amend the Regula­ tion in question, It shall apply with effect from 3 December 1979 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
