COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2904/79 of 20 December 1979 derogating from certain provisions of Regulation (EEC) No 2042/75 under the standing invitations to tender opened by Decisions 79/770/EEC and 79/77 1/EEC of 3 September 1979
