COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 3012/79 of 20 December 1979 amending Regulation (EEC) No 2261 /79 fixing the sluice-gate prices and levies for poultrymeat

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Poultrymeat and Eggs , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2777/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in poultrymeat ('), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No 369/76 (2), and in particular Arti­ Article 1 cles 3 and 7 ( 1 ) thereof, The Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2261 /79 is Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No replaced by the Annex hereto. , 30 11 /79 (3) altered the coefficients used in calculating levies on derived products in the poultrymeat sector ; whereas it is necessary, therefore, to alter the sluice­ Article 2 gate prices and levies in respect of the products concerned, fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1980 . No 2261 /79 (4);

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
